Kevin commenced full practice in 2020 after completing his pupillage with Mr. Selwyn Yu SC, Mr. Alan Ng, Mr. Martyn Richmond and Mr. Kalvin Chan.

Prior to joining the Bar, Kevin worked in Solicitors Firm for several years and he also worked as the supervisor of the legal department of a listed company in Hong Kong.

Throughout his practice, Kevin has predominately been instructed as advocate in criminal cases at all level of Courts for the Defence and also for the Prosecution. Kevin has represented clients in a wide spectrum of criminal cases, including legal visits, white-collar crimes, drug offences, violent crimes, sexual offences, immigration offences and triad related offences. He also possess extensive experience in industrial summons cases.

On the civil side, Kevin has been instructed for matrimonial, land dispute, adverse possession and general civil cases. Kevin is also experienced in Competition Ordinance related matters and Cap. 481 Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Ordinance.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Kevin accepts instructions in all areas of advocacy and advisory work.
